Email bounce

When the system receives a bounce email from the NCPP News or Prayer newsletters, then we mark them in the database so that they appear on the site as possibly being "no longer in use".

It is possible that the owner of the email address has set up an email filter to prevent newsletter emails from going through to their account which could cause our system to inaccurately designate the address as no longer in use; however, more often than not the user has actually migrated to a new email address without updating their pilgrim account info and has abandoned the old address.
