An email bounce occurs when our system receives an automated response from an Email provider telling us that an email that we sent one of our newsletters to was unreachable. We have started recording which email addresses that we receive these "bounce" messages from and will display an indicator on any pilgrim's profile page that is linked to that email address.
How do I remove this indicator if I see it on my profile?
Please send an email to directoryadmins@lists.ncpilgrimage.com requesting to have your email bounce history cleared.
